Check list for potential undergraduates planning to graduate

Here is a listing of things you MUST do BEFORE applying for graduation:

1. Print out an unofficial copy of your undergraduate transcript.

2. Pick up a copy of the degree requirments sheet from the student worker at the front desk and/or departmental secretary.

3. Complete, as best you can, the degree requirement sheet to determine if you are ready to graduate. Remember you must make a "C" or better in all courses (even electives) in your major.

4. Meet with your advisor during his/her office hours. Bring proof of exit survey, an unofficial copy of your transcript, AND the degree requirment sheet with you.

5. Apply for graduation.
